American Super Mario Bros 2 (1980)

I still love the American version of Super Mario Bros. 2. I did download the Japanese version on the Wii Virtual Console. Man, that game is very hard, but I love the challenge.

He does say mah-ee -ho wow but it wasent a side story of luigis dream, it was marios(or Mah-ee-ho)s dream. Well thats what is on the gameboy advance version of mariobros 3....

Sad, but true. The REAL "Super Mario Bros. 2" is actually "Super Mario Bros. - The Lost Levels". I guess the people at Nintendo of America thought that it would feel too repetitive for gamers who played the original. This is probably why they converted "Doki Doki Panic!" into a Mario game. Nevertheless, both games are great!

this wasn't the real smb2. the real smb2 never came out in america for some reason. this game was a side story about a dream that luigi was having.

It has been nearly 19 years since I last saw this commercial. Made me think that the end was at the pyramid, when it was actually just the second world. Damn fine game, no?

Yeah this comercial always confused me when I had a nintendo, everyone said Mah-Ree-oh, yet the comercials always said Mary-oh and we always would say what is it mary-o or Mario

Finally, an American video game commercial! This is an awesome commercial! I am afraid that some people were ripped off when they bought it and found out how uncool it was, but heck, I love it!
