    To put it simply, during the news sometimes the news anchor would express his opinion on the air. However, to be fair and balanced, a person who opposed this view could contact the company and request the opportunity to speak their opinion. This is the beginning and end boards to this sort of segment.

    Why it's in the PSA's though... I have no idea.
