japan DOUSE have its own ninja turtles show its called super ninja turtles were they find a crystal that turns all the turtles badass even the villains althogh this is korean they share the same thing i think

This is korean, not japanese. What an effed up commercial this is, though, and definately fun to show.

Buster Bunny was in that commercial because Bust's Loose is being advertised. I still have Bust's Loose but I don't play it anymore because of my distaste about TV shows being made into video games.

It's funny how they'd mix different game characters from different companies together even if they're all on the SNES. I mean, Goku, the Ninja Turtles, and Buster Bunny? They're hardly even considered related. Awkward, but interesting commercial.
