Yeah, it definitely is Australian, because I remember it too from about 2000-2001. That jingle was stuck in my head for ages once it got in there.

This is probably an Australian commercial because i do remember this line of KFC commercials as well as the slogan and the Animated Colonel and the logo. And the announcer sounds familiar.
