I completely forgot about those "In the News" segments.

The sound effects sounds like the one you heard on the Speak N' Spells.

That kind of freaked me out in a way.

Oh, flashbacks, I've been looking for the blippy globe.

I agree about the blippy sound intro, that was the only thing that I liked about "In The News" everything else I said in my comment still applies

that was rather a in and out Pebbles commercial. no music in it..it like that commercial costed a dollar

What the?! NOW whoever did this when waayyy back. I almost reach for cereal that wasn't there watching this. I hated these couldn't understand them but you gotta love that music.

Ah, CBS saturday mornings! Christoper Glenn with "In The News". Classic. I always loved that blippy sounding intro.

god the pebbles commercial is better than this

I remember when I was a kid that I never liked those "In the News" breaks they always played them between going on to the next show. Now as for the Cocoa pebbles comercial I definatly remember that, and even had one of those flying disk from the cereal box. I used to think I was so cool, because I was able to balance the disc on my finger.
