Haha, I remember this. What's with the kid's obsession with talking animals. Is he some Doctor Dolittle wannabe or does he have some fetish for animals? "If kids ran the world, I'd do beastiality." XD

something else baffles me here, If kid's ruled the world, they would be able to make laws and stuff, but how does ruling the world have anything to do with altering reality and implanting human vocal chords in helpless animals? .. I think I just answered my own question..
