          This commercial is probably from Canada, as Golden Crisp is still called Sugar Crisp over there.

            This had to have been from another country. It was changed to Golden Crisp in the US back in the 80's because it was considered not right to use the word "sugar" in a cereal name. The animation on this commercial could not have possibly been anywhere earlier than 1996.
