I don't know, but I wish it was there. I remember this one and the one of downtown NYC, by the sea port. They used to run around 4 am during the 70s and early 80s. WCBS-TV Celebrates New York. Wish I could see them both again ... the full ones! I still wonder where THIS one came from.
