Actually, if you want to see the SpEcIaL tReAt, turn your head 90 degrees to the LEFT, and your laptop (if you have one) to the RIGHT 90 degrees! There! And by the by, Courage PWNED! He looks so serious when he pops out of the "O" in this bumper!

Actually, to be more specific (and to avoid death threats), turn your head/laptop 90 degrees to the left.

If you have a laptop, turn its screen 90 degrees (or do the same with your head if you don't have a laptop). At the curling ribbons part, they don't seem to curl like they do in the regular Cartoon Cartoon bumps. BUT, with the 90 degree technique, you'll get a special treat (NOT A SATANIC MESSAGE).
