I thought the little green guy on the tracks was some sort of lizard...

I miss the Cartoon Express. It later turned into the Action Extreme Team, which was still okay. Then it became......is USA still a channel anymore?

I think that's a mouse, for whom a cat would chase out of the house.

Btw, I never knew what the hell that little green dude was. Was he a demon or a cat?

These were some of my favorite bumpers. They played 'em from 1993-94. And yes, the cartoon shows they had were the BEST! (my favorite being the original Ninja Turtles and Ghostbusters)

I remember the USA Cartoon Express when I was little, I miss the old USA Network.

HOLY CRAP I remember this, especially the one with the blimp, because I used to love blimps.
