    I remeber kids getting shot because of toys like that. The 80's were so messed up. lol

      The original Megatron transformer released in the US (not just Japan) looked like a real gun.
      After rising concerns about the toy, Hasbro quickly re-made it into a fake looking futuristic gun.

      The original version is worth $$$ now.

        This toy came out when cops shooting kids with toy guns became a recurring issue.

          Wow! That gun looked real! Imagine working at a convenience mart and being held up at "toy robot" point.
