The guy in the commercial is Sean Whalin, and he was indeed in The People Under the Stairs, as well as Never Been Kissed and Twister. He went to my high school, but it was well before I got there. He even spoke at the class of 2000's graduation (I was out in 98, but I had a friend in 2000)

I always felt really sorry for that guy...

"Awon Buhh!" LOL! This is one of my all time favorite Got-Milk commercials.

Trivia note: Voice actor Rob Paulsen is the voice of the radio announcer.
