I think its kinda funny when people say...why should this crime be punished when there are rapes and murders going on....why have laws at all if the only ones we are gonna enforce are the bad ones? Every person who breaks a law has a price to pay if they get caught...and cops should enforce every law not just the "really bad ones"

Right. Like with all the rapes, murders, robberies, and general disorder, the police have nothing better to do with their time than lock up old men who start fires.
