NBC should use this jingle again. After all, now there is a whole new generation out there and I'm sure it can be as effective now as it was then.

If only they had some quality shows...

I saw "Jenifer Slept Here" in there. I loved that show!

I love this song. It may be an commercial, but it was a great tune anyway. I wonder if they would do such a thing nowadays.

It's also interesting to see stuff in this promo like animation for the early episodes of "Alvin And The Chipmunks", Eddie Murphy as Buckwheat flipping the devil horns, and the clips from all those movies (I saw clips from "The Sound Of Music", "Animal House", "Airplane" and "All The Presidents' Men"...Considering that most movies now go to channels like AMC and the Turner networks, this is more great nostalgia.)

    I love this commercial.

I guess the TV stations used to really care about their companies to the point that they would make an entire song just to advertise it. I wish they did that today because this song is terrific. It probably took NBC a while to make this.

That was one of the best promos for NBC using the NBC's "Be There" jingle. But on the other hand, WNBC-TV did the same thing using the "Be There" jingle. That was on the other link. It was between the network's version "NBC There Be There" and WNBC-TV's version "Channel 4 There Be There". That was totally different.
