        This PSA features George A. Bush where he had one of his famous phrases "Read My Lips!" where is the other phrase "No New Taxes"? This was from a 1992 election between Bill Clinton and Al Gore in a one-on-one battle for the election. Bill Clinton won and he was the president of the USA.
