Wow that sound effect came out of nowhere and without a bumper logo, it's really creepy. Good thing it's daylight or I might need a nightlight tonight.

I always thought that Arsenio Hall was funnier than Letterman and Leno put together. Of course as his talk show went on he got sillier and sillier until it got axed from the schedule in 1994.

I miss Arsenio. His show was great.

Yeah. Does anyone know why that's happening and how it can be fixed?

This was one of the earliest "Late Show" ever on TV in the pre-Letterman era. Arsenio Hall was the host on his late show in 1986 or 1987 before it was changed to the "Arsenio Hall Show". Nice to see that promo on Syracuse's WUHF-TV, a Fox station. After the promo, you'll see nothing but blank screen for less than 40 seconds until the sound of the WGBH logo was heard at very the end where it does not showed up on the screen. That WGBH sound effect scares the heck out of me.
    Quote O' Matic
    • George: Okay, instruments at the ready...
      John: Okay, on the beat of one, a-two, a-three, a-four, a-five, a-six...
Ringo: Hey, can't you make it three?
John: Oh, all right, on the beat of three: A-one, a-two, a-three...
