Upload from Submit Problem once again.

    Description
    After uploading a commercial and filling the form to complete the upload, when I tried to click on Submit, it did not go through so that the commercial did not appear. Please fix this ASAP.

      There was a server problem that caused many issues with the site but I think I got it cleared up. Please open another ticket if you are still having problems.
