Upload Form Submit Problem.

    Description
    After uploading a commercial and filling the form to complete the upload, when I tried to click on Submit, it did not go through so that the commercial did not appear. Please fix this ASAP so that I can edit some.

      Ok I tried again and it works fine now.

        I did not see the error in firefox but I will test a little later in IE 11 when I have time.
