After Uploading it still does not encode.

    When I try to upload a commercial, it still does not encode. Please do something about this issue.

      Sorry I have been out of town the last few days but I will be looking into the encoder today and see if I can make any more progress.

        I fixed a few issues with the encoder and added a lot of error reporting. The error messages should allow me to pinpoint what is going wrong better. If you have more problems please open a new report with the error message you get.
