Damn... Well I guess I know what I am doing today :) I will update after I investigate further.

This one is a bitch because of its sporadic nature. It is very hard to debug a problem that seems to come and go at will. The problem is not currently happening but I know it will return so I will just continue to dig around and see if I can find anything.

I still try to upload videos to retrojunk but it still doesn't encode.

I fixed a few issues with the encoder and added a lot of error reporting. The error messages should allow me to pinpoint what is going wrong better. If you have more problems please open a new report with the error message you get.
