Creating bug report does not refresh list

    Description
    Creating a bug report and clicking "Submit" does not refresh the page of listed bug reports to include it, and it is possible to post multiple copies of the same one, leading to my spam of the last bug report regarding photo upload.

    Closed issues have either been resolved or found to be not relevant
