Login History Down
Description
I was trying to see if a certain member was an alt, by checking login IPs. Was unable, got a message saying, " You do not have permission to view this users login history."

I have fixed this bug in the dev version of the site but have discovered related bugs that I am in the process of fixing. Hopefully I can push a patch out to fix this problem and the others I found in the next few days.

This issue should be resolved as well as a few others. I ended up updating the Symfony framework that is at the core of the site while I was at it which can introduce a lot of new little bugs. It seems to have went smoothly though besides a strange problem with large video uploads.
