This bug has to do with an issue in the permission manager. It is fixed on the development server but due to the fact that I am making changes many changes to the forums and they are not quite ready yet I cannot push the fix to production yet. Unfortunately the error will have to remain until the next patch is complete. Hopefully by the end of the week I will have the patch ready.
