Today, I will tell the tale of my first Bionicle adventure. If you don't know what Bionicle is, just watch this.
When this was released in 2000-2001, I was ecstatic. These robotic-looking Legos seemed cool. I REALLY wanted to get Tahu, the red one. The reason; red was my favorite color back then.
My older brother, however, was more into Onua, and I still don't know why he picked him.
Anyway, I remember going to Walmart one night, and, going into the Lego aisle, seeing the canisters for Bionicle. My brother and I went nuts. We begged our parents to get them. I guessed it worked, because they told us to "put them in the buggy". We hi-fived each other in victory.
Later, we collected the other four (Pohatu and Gali for me, Kopaka and Lewa for my older brother), and we would just play for hours with them.
